DURACOATE GUARD is a penetrating concrete sealer formulated to enhance and protect polished concrete floors. It is a unique blend of nano colloidal silica for surface hardness and acrylic with other proprietary additives for water repellency.

DURACOATE Quartz FH is a premixed, ready to use powder, designed for application as a dry shake over a freshly floated concrete floor or floor screed to obtain a highly abrasion resistant surface. The product contains specially processed hard mineral aggregates like crystalline quartz, silicon carbide, cement, additives, pigments that can be finished to a wide range of surface textures from smooth to no-slip.

Application Areas:
DC-01 can be applied for treating floor areas subject to heavy traffic and high abrasion where frequent maintenance is not economically feasible and where surface dusting could be a problem.
Applications include:

• Floors of industrial and commercial buildings, subject to heavy duty traffic: forklifts, solid wheeled vehicles, etc.
• Aircraft Hangars, heavy fabrication shop or heavy mechanical engineering shop.
• Parking areas, loading platforms, warehouses, Electronic industries, etc.

DURACOATE LS is a blend of inorganic polymer materials that penetrates slab concrete to increase surface density and hardness. DURACOATE LS is unique formulation of uniform, concentrated, nano-sized particles, suspended in an ultra low surface tension liquid, penetrates deeply into concrete surfaces bonding with the cement components of the slab. Duracoate LS makes an extremely hard, dense floor surface that has increased wear resistance to foot and fork lift traffic. It is water based and environmentally friendly and is VOC compliant.
