Our rice mill is one of the hi tech and leading rice mill is southindia because we have upgraded our paddy and rice processing unit with all advanced imported machineries from different countries.

1. We use advanced technology of  online cooking of paddy called COOKER where the sterile steam is used for controlled cooking of the paddy to get our  traditional taste and aroma in rice.
2. We are first to import and India a High end technology, Fluidized Bed  Dryer from Thailand which uses our own fuel source paddy HUSK which is renewable. When the paddy proceeds to the fluidized bed dryer it is rapidly dried from a range of 30% M.C. to 21% M.C. within 2-3 mins.This highly efficient  process produces a partial gelatinization of the grain  reducing  the instance of grain surface cracks  and resulting great cooking characteristics

Our South Indian Rice variety are packaged in Eco Friendly white bleached jute bags,Cloth bags and are available in consumer pack by fully automated packing machine, 5kg, 10 kg,20lbs & 10 lbs. in bulk & retail packets. The complete packaging process is carried out under stringent quality control measures to maintain the hygienic conditions.

• Removal of Broken Rice
• Removal of Stone and Yellow Rice

These are also checked for nutritious value at our premise by our quality team.

We possess capacious warehousing facility to store bulk quantity of rice grains and areca products. Hygienic condition is maintained inside the facility to keep the products fresh and uncontaminated for a long time. The unit is treated with fumigants and other pesticides to check the growth of fungus and to keep away rodent and other pests. The temperature is also maintained under control inside the warehouse. The warehouse unit is handled under the supervision of the warehousing staff.

In addition, we also give importance to packaging of our different range of rice. Sturdy and hygienic material is used to pack our products ensuring original quality remains intact even after long distance transportation. Dry, safe gunny bags, cotton cloth and other materials are used for packing of the grains. It ensures the purity & freshness and long life of the products. Packing of the ordered quantity range is also done as per the client specific requirements.
