DLEM is the brain child of our founding partner Shri.P.Appa Rao driven by core values of integrity, commitment &loyalty to clients.Mr.P.Appa Rao was born on 29th march 1950 to Late Shri.P.Satyanarayana & P.Nagarathnama in Machilipatnam, Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh.He started his work life as a lorry cleaner on his elder brother’s (P.Hanumantha Rao) lorry, later he found a job in “Shakthi Transport” which was owned by a Punjabi family at odisha.During this period he lead a team to provide transportation for refugees from Bangladesh to Calcutta (West Bengal, India) under Indira Gandhi govt in 1971.In 1975 he got married to P.Lakshmi Rao they were blessed with one daughter M.Kalpana devi(House wife) and one son P.Sireesh Kumar(Managing partner of DLEM).After marriage his stars shined to bring him up with his own lorry which turned his fate line.+ Read More
