Our organization is engaged in manufacturing and exporting Digital Tensile Tester (Model1.5G). We design and develop our range by using skills of our diligent professionals which confirms the international standards of our range. Digital Tensile Tester is use for testing tensile strength & elongation of various products.

Technical Specifications:

 

• An electrically operated machine with safety control devices for testing tensile strength.

• Elongation can also be provided on special need of tests as an additional facility in same model according to the client's requirements.

• We have designed the grips or fixtures for various products and material to ensure that the test is as per the standards provided by our clients.

• Three models of these Testers are available covering the test range from 500 Grams to 10000 Kgf.

• The accuracy of these machines lies within the tolerance limit of + or -1% and 1 /10th of scale value.

Our machines are good in each aspect including appropriate capacity, traverse speed, and grip separation. This ensures that our complete range in manufactured in compliance with international standards such as BIS, BS, ASTM, DIN or ISO standards. These machines have been calibrated as per the IS-1828(Part-1)2005.

 

Some other technical details of our Testers are as follows:

 

• Our digital display unit having LED display which shows load, elongation and last samples maximum load.

• Two standard speeds are provided with these machines and an AC variable drive can also be provided if required, at extra cost, for getting variable speeds.

• A series of tests such as tensile, compressive, flexural, shear and bend test can be carried out without affecting the panel.

• Force measurement is available either in KGF or Newton depending upon the order.
