Computerised Testing Machines

We are engaged in offering our clients highly efficient Computerized Tensile Testing Machines (Model 1.3D & 1.4F). These machines have a microprocessor base electronic panel. The computer attached with these machines has Microsoft Windows based operating system and LCD monitor for displaying various load & extension readings. We have also provided a cutoff system at minimum load set in panel that protects the system from getting any type of logical damages.

Theses testing machines are capable of conducting following tests on the work-piece in various parameters without making any changes to the panel:

• Tensile strength

• Compressive strength

• Flexural

• Shear

• Bend

• Bond

• Hysteresis

• Modulus

Moreover, these machines can also be connected to the computer with a serial port to have load vs extension graph view pertaining to the tests. Two standards speeds are provided with the machines for testing different material. An AC variable drive can also be added to these machines for getting variable required speeds.

Our range of Computerized Tensile Testing Machines has the accuracy within its tolerance limit of + or- 1%. The display unit of the machine can show more than one graph on the screen in different colors, so that 6 to 7 graphs of same material can be compared. In addition, these machines can also calculate and display various other readings including following:

• Maximum load

• Break load

• Modulus of elasticity

• Yield point

• Graph for the materials (dumbbell shape or round bar shape)

• Force measurement available in Kgf or Newton
