DWEKAM ELECTRODES PRIVATE LIMITED (DEPL), was incorporated in the year 1980. Over the years, it has grown to become one of the few successful multi-product welding consumable manufacturers in India. Today DEPL offers an exhaustive range of welding consumables to its customers in various product categories. Its product range encompasses Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMAW), Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Wires & Fluxes, Flux Cored Wire (FCW) and GMA Welding Wires. The company has made uncompromising selections and investments in its Plant and Machinery. New generation manufacturing equipments, Automatic Packing Lines, Precision Layer Winding Machines, Drum Packing Machines and many more, from reputed suppliers across the Globe are successfully commissioned on our shop floors. The manufacturing operation & process of DEPL is well supported with a strong Quality Assurance System and Quality Control Officials. We have all latest machineries for various welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, etc in our welding laboratory. Our mechanical testing facilities encompass various weld metal evaluation tests as per National & International standards. The chemical laboratory is enriched with all kinds of analytical & instrumental-testing facilities related to weld metal evaluations. We also have advanced corrosion test facility fulfilling the NACE tests requirements for Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking (SSCC) as per TM-01-77-96 and Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC) as per TM-02-84-96.
