Manufacturing Plant at Mahape - Navi Mumbai
Manufacturing Plant is in an Independent building with 2000 sq. meters space and another 2000 sq. meters area available for expansion. It is strategically located in MIDC Electronics Zone and at about 20 kms from Nhava Sheva sea port.

Following facilities are available at our Manufacturing Plant :

Production Capacity of over 10,000 nos. Rectifier Modules per month and over 1000 systems per month with upward flexibility.

Testing Facilities

Facility for complete SMPS Testing using Storage Scope, Breakdown Tester, Power Analyzers', Environmental Chambers etc.

Test Lab facility for doing CE as well as UL approvals for some of our products. Safety (Pre Compliance) testing for different range of SMPS.

EMI Precompliance System UCS-500 Immunity Tester from M/s. EMI Test Switzerland, can test:

• EN 61000-4-2 (ESD), EN 61000-4-3 ( Radiated Electric Field)
• EN 61000-4-4 (EFT), EN 61000-4-5 (SURGE)
• EN 61000-4-12 (Oscillatory Wave - Immunity)

Conducted EMI Tester Model PMM 7000 from PMM / Italy is used for measuring conducted emission.

Magnetics Capability

Mechanical Fabrication

In-house fabrication for small parts and components. Outsourcing of 19" and 23" Sub Rack and Rack systems from approved vendors doing CNC fabrications.

Complete design of over 100 different SMPS with Power ranging from 10W – 5kw, with PFC & without PFC. Recently developed products include Solar Charge Controllers (12v/24v), 2u High Rectifier, complete range of EV Battery Chargers with PFC = 0.99 and Efficiency = 90% with four stage Charging Algorithms. Dyna has done CE approval for a number of SMPS Products and has also done UL approval for some of the product range including SMPS for Vending Machines.

DYNA HITECH POWER SYSTEMS LTD. warrants each instrument or equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This obligation is limited to any DYNA Instrument / Equipment or part returned to the company for that purpose and making good any parts there of which shall be, within warranty period, returned to the company under a written intimation, and which to the Company's satisfaction to be found defective. The Company reserves the right to decide as to whether the repair work should be carried out in the Company's factory / service center, or at site, or at any other place. The freight incurred for to and form dispatch of the defective material will have to be borne by the purchaser, and the transit risk for such material will rest with the purchaser.

The Warranty will last for a period of 12 months from the date of initial delivery / dispatch of instrument or equipment from the factory; except for expandable item like, fuse etc. for which the warranty, will last for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery / dispatch or 1000 working hours, whichever is less. The Warranty is applicable only if the Instrument / Equipment is used within its specifications. The warranty for the replaced components will lapse along with that of the main Instrument.

The company reserves the right to make changes in design and specifications without notice and without any obligations to make such changes on units previously sold.

Unless superseded, or specified otherwise in contractual form, this Warranty is made expressly in lieu of other liabilities and obligations on the part of the company.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in contractual form, the title of the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery to him or to his Representative at the Company's factory, or upon delivery to the transport carrier, as the case may be.

In the event of an equipment requiring service at the Company's Premises / Service Center, Regional Service Centers, the following procedure should be adopted.

• The Equipment should be carefully packed, preferably in it's original packing and insured.



• The Company should be informed of the means of transport, the name of the carrier, and the date of dispatch along with any dispatch note numbers.



• The Company's INVOICE /BILL No. and CENTRAL EXCISE GATE PASS No. under which the goods were originally despatched should be mentioned in Customer's challan / forwarding letter.
