An inspection to ensure easy functioning of various accessories in the control panel is be carried out in the following stages:

• Link between the Handles on the doors and the base equipment is satisfactory on enclosure.
  
• Door Locks are tightened and do not provide any rattling.
  
• Bus bar is supported effectively.
  
• Bus bar distances are maintained as per the requirement.
  
• Bus bar and linkages are lightened properly.
  
• Control wiring is identified and dressed properly.

Final Inspection

• Gaskets are installed properly.
• Corrosion protection system applied on the panel is up to the required standard.
• Various accessories in the panel are symmetrical.

A Visual inspection shall be carried out to ensure the following:

• Grinding of the welds out side the panels is smooth and without any blemishes.
  
• Loose weld deposits are removed.
  
• Holes in the panels are without burrs.
  
• Bending of the doors is symmetrical
  
• Gap between the doors when assembled is uniform.
  
• Full dimensional checks shall be carried out to ensure compliance with contract / Customer drawing.
  
• The corrosion protection system is free from any foreign particles
  
• Applied testing of dry film thickness.

• When required, high voltage test shall be carried out with the help of high voltage tester.
