Our dynamic air heat Exchanger are particularly developed for the hydraulic power packs, water cooling for D.G. sets or Gas cooling .

Our coolers are installed with injection molding, pressure die casting machines or any place where there is a hydraulic power pack and oil gets heated and needs cooling.

Cooling Tower

. It showcases the following features:

• Fill: The fill consists of modular blocks of rigid PVC honey comb construction. As a result the time contact and heat transfer between water and air is increased greatly
• Fan Motor: The fan motor is of totally enclosed type, as per IP-55 and suitable for outdoor mounting. Bird screen is also provided
• FRP Body: The tower casing is made of tough fiberglass reinforced plastic construction. It has sufficient structural strength to withstand high industrial vibration and wind velocity. Casing of cooling towers up to 500 tons capacity are of molded construction
• Anti Corrosion: All M.S. internal components are of H.D. pipe and hard wares are of stainless steel, thus the problem of corrosion is almost eliminated
• Draft Eliminations: The eliminator is of rigid PVC and is of fixed type having small water carry-over losses

We manufacture and supply a range of heat transfer coils for heating with water & use with R 22 refrigerants for air cooled condensers or evaporator applications. We have designed the range of coils is designed for bringing an ideal balance between air pressure drop & heat transfer efficiency to provide the optimum amount of cooling capacity with the minimum air pressure drop.
