Magnetic Coolant Clarifiers are developed for filtering coolant oil, which is contaminated with ferrous material. In the beginning, the contaminated coolant is fed into the inlet of magnetic filter that passes through the gap between the magnetic drum and the body. Further, the drum is driven by a double reduction worm geared motors, which helps to attract the dust particles are attracted and held firmly by the magnetic drum.

The filtration level is achieved almost 95% for ferrous particles.

We manufacture and supply a wide range of Paper Band cum Coolant Filter, which is available as per the client’s specific need. Designed in compliance with the set industry norms, these are ideal for filtering ferrous and non ferrous particles with high degree of purification. Almost 95% of the ferrous particles are separated, when the contaminated coolant from the machine is passed through the magnetic filters. Further, when the coolant passes through the paper filter all non ferrous particles are efficiently filtered. After this, the filter paper is clogged by contaminants, which raises the coolant level and actuates the float switch. This ensures to bring fresh paper from the paper roll after which the clean coolant is collected in the bottom tank that helps in re-circulating it to the machine.
