We have developed a specific line of accelerometers comprising the Piezoelectric Accelerometers for measurement of shock and vibrations. These accelerometers are used in testing and monitoring of engines, machines and systems in all strategic segments of industry like defense and aviation. Our low mass, wide-band piezoelectric accelerometer deliver enhanced performance by forming the core of any reliable system for vibration measurement and analysis. Indigenously developed NPL technology is used in all stainless steel constructions of these accelerometers.

• Measurements ranging from: 20 Hz to 8000 Hz for vibration and shock below 2000g

We put forth a broad range of Tension Sensors and tension monitors for automation needs of converting or process machines. Our tension sensors are acknowledged for exhibiting excellence in linearity and repeatability with a nominal output of 1mV/V. in the matching digital tension monitors or controllers, signal conditioning and amplification of load cell output is included.

SW series of tension sensors are:

• Full bridge, strain-sensitive load cells, with built-in self-aligning bearings
• Suitable for dead shaft or live shaft applications
• Generally used in pairs to support tension-sensing idlers on either ends
• Standard ratings cover a range from 10 kg to 150 kg in five sizes
• Adaptable for base or flange mounting
• For narrow web applications, we offer a single load cell to support one end of the sensing roll
• The far end is supported on anti-friction and self-aligning rolling bearings

UPB series of load cells:

• Under Pillow Block (UPB) assemblies
• For ratings beyond 150 kg
• Two ratings of 250 kg and 500 kg cater to two sizes for UPB series of load cells

We hold expertise in designing and developing Reaction Torque Sensors for reaction and static torque. These sensors are used for test & measurement applications. Clients can avail these strain gauge based sensors in variable torque ratings, ranging from 0.03 to 1000 kgm. We offer these sensors in beam / flange / shear-ring construction depending on the torque.

We are offering AC Tachogenerators that are designed for being used in applications requiring general-purpose speed sensing and speed feedback. Clients can avail TEFT or TEFL models of tachogenerators in base-mounted or flange-mounted constructions.

Technicalities:

• Single phase AC tachogenerators in 24 or 48 pole constructions

• Quasi-sinusoidal output of 30/ 50 Volts AC (rms) @ 1500 rpm

• Three-phase models are also offered for low speed and high speed

• Widely spaced and pre-loaded ball bearings, for structural rigidity and dependable performance

These thoroughly engineered speed transducers are designed for industrial duty applications with vacuum molded stationary and rotating members in epoxy. Housed in graded Aluminum casing, these tachogenerators are provided with well-proportioned shaft of 12 mm diameter.

Speed Indicators:

• For digital processing for speed indication or control
• Digital speed indicators can be easily implemented by counting the pulses from the Tacho for a finite interval , depending on the display proportionally

We are offering a low-cost electronic torque sensor called the Trim Torq. This sensor is used for indirect electronic computation and monitoring of torque delivered by AC motors. Our Trim Torq sensors are appreciated for performing with reliability, repeatability and cost-effectiveness. These sensors often outweigh the need for accuracy in torque measurement. We can also provide similar models for motors from fractional through integral horsepower range.
