This Dryer of two main M. S. Channel section supports at sides and heavy duty M.S. Angle Irons, in which the main chamber of Dryer is mounted.
The Perforated Basket is rotated vertically by shaft fitted in Taper Rubber cone Bush.
The Main Shaft is rotated by V. Belt driven by vertically mounted Electric Motor.
The Articles to be dried are to be fed in the Basket by opening the Lid provided on the top of Container and dried articles are emptied from the bottom by merely pressing the handle lever provided on the top of the Machine.
This is a Heavy Duty Hexagonal Barrel of M.S. coupled to M.S. Base Frame. It is driven by a 1 HP Geared Motor using V Belt. Popular size is 40 kgs with dimension 24” x 15” A/F. The Barrel can be lined with Rubber, Wood or PVC as required. Other sizes are also available.
After the coating is completed on the pieces, they are required to be blow dried, which ensures removal of excess drops of Lacquer as well as increases the temperature of the articles before they are taken for Oven curing.
These are normally in range of 10 volt / 10 Amps output. These are single-phase models, with Digital Ammeter & Voltmeter and are Air Cooled. These can be provided with Timers, Constant Voltage Constant Current features as desired.

When large volume of production is required, it is convenient to use Plating Racks or Jigs. These jigs are made from copper or Brass and the contacts are made from Spring Steel or Phosphor Bronze. The Unit is then coated with an Acid / Alkali resistant Plastisol or PVC Coating.
Jigs can even be made from S. S. and Titanium for specific applications.

In the Salt Spray Apparatus Chamber articles are exposed to a mist of salt saturated air produced by spraying common salt solution into a closed cabinet. The articles are positioned so that they are exposed to the mist produced.

These are highly efficient and robust Filter Units, suitable for most general plating solution with the exception of CHROME.
The Unit consists normally of a Motor driven polypropylene pump with a mechanical seal or a Magnetic Drive Sealless pump, connected to a Filter chamber made of Polypropylene or M.S. lined with PPGL and containing a Filter Stack. The Filter Stack comprises a S.S. 316 or P.P. central pipe, a set of P.P. Filter Discs with Filter Cloth and Filter paper. The Filter Stack is easily removable from the chamber and needs to be cleaned regularly. A pressure gauge is provided, which indicates when the stack requires cleaning.
The whole unit (excepting mini unit) is mounted on a trolley for easy movement. The unit is suitable for acid and alkaline solutions having temperature upto 70 degree centigrade.
Activated carbon or Filter aids can be used in these Filter Units. The filter unit is provided with Suction and Delivery hoses.
The presence of an acid radical such as sulphates in a Chromium Solution is a basic requirement, which makes deposition of Chromium possible. Sulphates act only as a Catalyst and are not consumed in the reaction. However, a loss is encountered due to drag out of solution, and throwing power is critically affected.
The Sulphate estimation kit provides the quickest and simplest method for estimation and control of Sulphates with accurate results. The kit is easy to operate. Directions are easy to follow. Solutions are clearly indicated. The Kit, as illustrated, is complete with:

These Tanks are normally fabricated out of Polypropylene and are provided with Lids to ensure the dust free condition of the solution when not in use. A common drainage system is often provided.

Plate, and is metallized with metal zinc inside, the outside surface of heating zone, and vapour zone is insulated with insulating materials covered with m. S. Sheets. the heating zone is provided with bottom heaters to transfer the heat efficiently. a quick opening main hole is provided at the bottom lid with drain valve. the condensing zone is provided with water-cooling coils made of copper pipes with inlet. A water cooling jacket is also provided on the outside to get the efficient condensation of the vapour. A condensate collecting trough is provided to catch the condensate, and deliver the same to the water separator.
a water separator is provided to separate the water from the condensed solvent and to return the pure solvent to the heating zone. A separate valve is provided to collect the condensate outside, when the solvent is distilled. a control panel is provided consisting of automatic thermostatic controls for heating zone as well as off the whole plant. a control panel consists of magnetic contactor, isolator with fuses main indicating lamps and complete with internal wiring. The electric supply is required of 400- 440 volts, 3 phase a. C. Supply. all the interconnecting piping, valve, etc. Are provided. A lid is provided to cover up the top, when the plant is idle. exhaust system consists of – m. S. Double ducting, m. S. Condensing chamber with exhaust fan can be provided at an extra cost.
this consists of two chambers such as ultrasonic chamber and vapour degreasing chambers. Degreasing solvent is poured in both the chambers and electrically heated. The temperature is arrested by thermostats. The job is loaded on basket of fixture and immersed in ultrasonic chamber for ultrasonic cleaning and then transferred to vapour degreasing chamber.

The degreasing solvent remains same for all the three chambers. Solvent is electrically heated. The job is loaded on baskets or future and immersed in pre-cleaning chamber first and subsequently in other two chambers.
This is a rotary air unit, complete with air vessel, fitted with safety valve and water level indicator. It provides clean, water washed air for agitation and does not require oil for lubrication. It is kept cool and lubricated by the circulation of water. On account of this, danger of contamination of plating solution with atomised oil of air is avoided. The air receiver vessel is hot dip galvanised to resist against rusting.
These Barrels are designed for bulk or large volume plating, typically for hardware or such articles. These units are designed for quick and efficient handling of materials.
These Barrels comprise of a M.S. Tank lined with suitable lining material and fitted with Polypropylene perforated Barrel, bearings, side panels and gear rings. All these remain inside the Barrel.
The Barrel can be raised out of the Tank by a hand operated pinion sector mechanism. The plated parts are emptied out conveniently through a Funnel into a Bucket placed on a side rest. The Barrel is counter balanced to minimize the lifting effort. Cathode contacts are of flexible type, designed to give effective current distribution and to be easily removable for stripping.
This comprises of a Barrel of Polypropylene/Perspex of size 11 ½ “x 6” approx and is suited for a load of 3 to 5 kgs. The unit is ideally meant for usage with a Tank of size 2’ x 2’ x 2’.
The unit is powered with a 12 Volts D. C. Geared Motor Power is provided to the Motor from the Cathode Rod of the Tank by connecting the Terminals of the Motor.
This Miniature fully immersed Barrel is built from Perspex /P. P. and is a complete Unit with its dedicated Tank of Perspex / P. P. It is ideally suited for plating of small quantities of ½ kg to 1 kg material such as jewellery, electronic and engineering parts. A geared motor of 6 or 12 Volts D. C. powers the Barrel.
This unit comprises of a Portable Barrel of Polypropylene of size 12” x 8” or nearer for capacity 5 to 8 kgs. The barrel is powered by a three phase or single phase A. C. Supply Geared Motor of 1/8 H.P. The unit is suitable for use within a tank size of 2”x2”x2” and is fitted with danglers.

For polishing of all kinds of Metallic Pipes & Rods from 10mm to 50 mm diameter. The job is fed forward by a three speed variable Cork feed wheel of 184mm dia x 76 mm which rotates the job at correct speed. The feed wheel has a ½ hp Motor. The larger contact wheel is of 304mm dia, 76mm width and 28.57 mm above. This is loaded with an Emery Belt, which serves for Polishing. The Machine is fitted with a foot pedal for releasing the job from Polishing.
this consists of a bowl or tank shaped unit to hold polishing media (chips or balls), water & other chemical compounds. This unit is mounted on a strong frame. The articles to be polished are vibrated at a suitable amplitude and frequency and roll over each other to achieve suitable deburring, descaling, radiusing, & finishing as required. This machine is far more effective & faster than conventional barrels. Suited for intricate & delicate components. Recommended for jewellery applications. Different sizes available.
A Cartridge Filter of 2 to 5 microns mesh size is recommended for filtration and removal of dust particles. This serves the dual purpose of Filtration as well as movement of the solution.
These units comprise a Filter chamber made of polypropylene, and a Magnetic drive Sealless Pump. The chamber is fitted with cartridge type Filter elements. The size of chamber and the number of cartridges as also the pump used depends on capacity desired. The following are normal ranges available.

Round and different shaped baskets can also be supplied as per your Drawings. TITANIUM being an inert metal & a good conductor of electricity transfers 100% of electric current from bus bar to Electrolytes giving maximum efficiency.
Salient Features: 1) It is fabricated from 99.5% pure Titanium used for plating purpose. 2) Titanium baskets are made of highly rigid construction and expanded mesh has been provided for the easy flow of electrolyte. Baskets are fitted with plain or twister hooks. 3) Reinforcing strips are welded for better durability. Also bottom and sides of all the baskets are formed to a channel section of suitable thickness to carry necessary weight anodes. 4) Plain or twisted hooks are fully wielded to basket’s body to fit snugly on bus bars to avoid any current loss. 5) High corrosion resistance to all electrolytes ensures longer life of coils & baskets.
In this Unit, a Magnetic Sealless Pump of higher capacity is coupled with a Chamber of Polypropylene. The Filter Media consists of a Filter Stack comprising Polypropylene Discs, P. P. Filter Cloth & Filter Paper. The unit is mounted on a Trolley for convenience. The Unit can be suitably modified to increase / decrease the number of Discs. Pump capacity can also be suitably modified.
This is a small Filter Unit with a chamber made of Acrylic or PVC / Polypropylene and provided with a Filter Stack consisting of 8 discs of 6” dia. The unit is fitted with a Magnetic Drive Sealless Pump of suitable capacity.
TITANIUM HEATERS Titanium coils are normally made from 1” O.D. Titanium Pipe. It can be supplied in various Shapes as per customer requirement. Typical Applications are as a Cooling Coil in Acid Zinc, Acid Copper and also Hard Chrome Baths.
S. S. HEATERS For alkali solutions 304 or 316 qualities are to be used. 316 qualities of S. S. Heaters can also be used for diluted acid solutions, phosphateing, Trichloroethylene and De-ionized water.
M S HEATERS For water, oil, alkali cleaners and caustics. M. S. heaters can be used.
LEAD BONDED HEATERS This heaters has to be used for acid baths like Sulphuric, hydrochloric, nitric and etching purpose.
SILICA HEATERS To be used for all type of acid solutions like chromic, Sulphuric, etc. [except hydrofluoric & phosphoric]. This heater can also be used for the bath of Nickel, Anodising and Electropolishing.
GLASS HEATERS To be used in R & D / Laboratories, Nickel , Alkali, Gold solutions etc.
PROTECTION GUARD FOR HEATERS Silica and glass heater being fragile requires to be protected by Polypropylene perforated Guard. Available for all heaters lengths.
These are Units with Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. They are mounted in a Acid / Alkali resistant PVC / Polypropylene Body with suitable gasket to prevent fumes inflow into the body. The Units are complete with a PT 100 type Sensor which can be installed in the Plating Vat using Titanium or Glass Tubing. The Units are easy to install and maintain.

These Rectifiers are normally in the range of 10 Volts / 10 Amps or upwards till 10 Volts / 50 Amps output. These are single-phase models with Digital Meters. These are Air Cooled. These can be provided with Timers, CV, CC features. It is also common to have an Ampere Minute meter with a Totalizer.
Proper Polishing of Materials to be plated is pre-requisite for good finish. Different materials such as Polishing compositions, Polishing Mops, Wheels etc, are used based on the shape of the item to be polished and the metal involved.
1) Red Compositions This is used for quick cutting and for fineness in Polishing. 2) Green Composition This is used for finishing of Stainless Steel and for achieving better Chrome finish on Chrome Plated items. 3) S.S. White Composition As the name suggests, it is normally used for cutting and polishing of Stainless Steel, particularly Cutlery and Utensils. Also used for finishing dull chrome deposits. 4) Emery Composition Black This is used for finishing of ferrous components. This composition helps to remove scratches and for final finish of Iron and Steel items prior to Nickel Plating. 5) Rouge This is used for finishing of Brass Articles and also for finishing of Gold, Silver items.
These dryers are of solid construction with a strong & heavy base of Casting. The Body is of sheet metal. The Flywheel and the Perforated Basket are balanced to reduce vibrations. Heating is provided with Elements, which can be easily replaced. The lid is interlocked with the Foot Pedal, which cuts off power supply to the Motor & Heaters.
This is a special Rectifier of capacity ranging up to 100 Volts and 20 Amps. The capacity required depends upon the number of pieces loaded in any batch. The Rectifier consists of ramping arrangement for gradual increases of the voltage, Digital Timer and Digital Meters. The Dimmerstat should be motorized with a Contactor arrangement.
A. C. INPUT Rectifiers are designed to work off 415 V AC nominal 3 phases, 50Hz supply and are suitable for a range of 375V to 415-V. Units of very small capacities namely 8V/12V/16V and upto 100 Amps can also be supplied to work off the input voltage of 240V AC nominal 1 phase, 50 Hz supply. D. C. OUTPUT The D.C. output is continuously adjustable from 0 to full rated value, from no load to full rated current, over the input range described. These are portable Mini Diaphragm Compressor. They provide oil free air with built-in Micro Air Filter. Noise volume is low and hence they are suitable for small Plating Plants and Laboratory etc. Capacity 1.75 CFM & 50 Psi in single Diaphragm Die and 2.8 CFM & 50 Psi in double Diaphragm Die.
Digital pH Meter is a simple direct Indication Instrument, which measures pH. pH is an important measurement in Electroplating
We offer: Laboratory pH Meter:- This is Table Top model with pH Electrode, Stand etc and 3.1/2” Digit Display. Resolution is 0.01.
Portable pH Meter:- This is a pocket model with 0.1 Resolution and lower accuracy, but with convenient handling as it has built in electrode. Measurement is possible in process itself.
This product is used to transfer various patterns on to ALUMINUM AND OTHER METALLIC SURFACES. In order to transfer the patterns, the metallic surfaces must first be primed with special powder (PU or PP) of an appropriate color. The pattern is actually transferred on to the powder-coated surface rather than on the metal itself. The process is suitable for products with flat surface. However, it has also been done successfully on three dimensional or polygonal surfaces. The designs have to be selected carefully so that the pattern does not break.
Heat transfer process is generally used to transfer patterns such as wood grain, granite patterns and other designs on products such as aluminum profiles, metallic doors, metallic door frames, window frames, metallic ceiling and metallic furniture in the area of product surface decoration.
This is an Octagonal M. S. Barrel mounted on C I frame coupled with stout tie bars. It is rotatable, and is powered by a 1 H.P. Geared motor. The standard unit is of 20-kg capacity and has size of 432 mm x 558 mm x 545 mm depth. Other sizes are also available. Lining of the Barrel with Rubber, PVC or Wood can be done as per requirement.
These blowers consist of a dynamically balanced impeller, which revolves in as stator-cum compression chamber having very fine clearances between them. The impeller is fitted directly on to the motor. Both the suction and pressure openings are located on the outer periphery of the stator to reduce impedence to the air flow thereby developing vacuum and pressure.
