M/s. Eagle Steels is a re-rolling Mill specialized in manufacturing of mild steel (M.S) & high tensile (H.T) Angles, Channels, Beams & “H” Beams etc. We are approved by POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD., (PGCIL), BEURAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS (BIS) & are conversion Agent for STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LTD., (SAIL). Further over period of years, we have also become a registered Vendor / Supplier of Government Companies like MSEB, MSEDCL, MSEDCL Infra- I, MSEDCL Infra- II, G.E.B and other Government sectors for supplying materials as per the given specification. The items are manufactured as per the specification of the customers and supplied to them. For this purpose specialized high tensile (H.T) and mild steels (M.S) raw material  i.e. Ingots/Billets are used which are purchased locally or imported. Our finished  products are used for constructing Power Transmission Towers,  Tele-communication Towers, Fabrication, Electric Poles etc.

Over the years, due to rising power consumption requirements many emerging countries are significantly investing in Power Transmission. A lot of developing countries including India are attaching high priority of new power projects. Due to cost competitiveness, Indian companies have bagged large Export Orders for Power Projects which includes up-gradation of existing power lines.

 

To support the development work of various power projects, there has been a considerable increase in the demand for specialized Mild Steel (M.S) and High Tensile (H.T) angles and other allied structures.

Our products are manufactured by using quality raw material like high tensile & mild steel raw material i.e. Ingots/Billets. For maintaining end product quality.

• Raw materials are also imported from reputed overseas companies.

Rolling is the principal operation involved in the production of structural shapes or sections. The production process involves following steps :

 

 

• Cutting Billets for required length.
• Heating  of the Billets / Ingots.
• Rolling  to proper counters and dimensions.
• Cutting   as per required lengths.
• Cooling  to atmospheric temperature.
• Straightening of material.
  
• Bundling and marking.
• Finally dispatches.
