In an era of dependency on foreign countries for modern equipments for the preservation , storage of perishable products pushed the promoters to create the facility indigenously in 1994 to be cost effective and to suit the Indian tropical condition . The company is manufacturing and marketing products like pre-fabricated puf panels, industrial cold rooms, freezer rooms, packaged air-conditioning systems, pre-cooling chambers, blast chiller/ freezers, ripening chamber, clean rooms under the brand name of ‘EAKCON’. In addition, we provide installation services, after sales services and also undertake annual maintenance contract services. Further, we also provide cold rooms at customer premises on rental basis.
It is owing to the sharp business acumen of our promoters, that we have been able to create a distinctive identity for ourselves in the market. Our promoters having experience of over 25 years in the refrigeration & air-conditioning industry, of which 18 years had been in a multi-national companies. Specialisation in the technology of walk-in-cold rooms, the continued efforts in R&D for walk-in-cold rooms has technically improved the product to international standards and brought many laurels to the company with improved business in the form of repeated orders.
Having established the company successfully, we have also undergone research and development in walk-in-cold rooms and clean rooms. Our state-of-the-art R&D unit has helped us in adopting the latest technological developments in our manufacturing practices and thereby, provide our clients with quality air conditioning and refrigeration systems & related components.
EAKCON's main focus is to provide cost effective alternatives with better stability in products and efficient after-sales service in air conditioning and refrigeration segment. With our quality product and services, we are able to achieve the certification of ISO 9001 : 2000. Our company has obtained approval from the SSI and enjoys all the benefits of the SSI.
After firmly establishing ourselves in Tamil Nadu, we are having branches at different parts of the country such as Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & selected cities in the other states.

After-Sales Services
Being a service oriented organization, we strongly feel that our responsibility to the customer never ceases with the sale of the product. With the idea of continued relationship with the customer we offer quality and timely services to make the customer “feel at home”.
Warranty Service:
All our Refrigeration products carry a warranty of 12 months from the date of installation and commissioning of the system or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Service:
Once the warranty period is over, our clients can enter into an annual maintenance contract (AMC) wherein we charge a fixed amount for taking care of all the maintenance/repair needs of the refrigeration systems. This helps the clients to have hazel free operation of the systems.
Rentals:
We also provide cold room of different sizes meant for different applications at customer premises for Rentals on temporary basis.
