Available with us is an exclusive range of prefabricated panels that are manufactured using optimum quality -coated GI or Stainless steel 304 grade for the skin material. These prefabricated panels are primarily pre-engineered panels that are sandwiched with a core of polyurethane foam that acts as the insulation material. Offering in thickness ranging from 60 mm to 200 mm, our prefabricated panels are widely appreciated for being rigid in construction and weather proof.

We have provided this facility to major pharma clients  who produce vaccine. Clean room consist of Bulk media Preparation , Harvest concentration, Cell Culture / Incubator room, Vial washing room, change room corridor and Sealing room with different pressure ,air change, Particle count and temperature. We are specialized in manufacturing a range of ripening chambers that are widely used to ripen fruits in horticulture, floriculture and fruit industry. These ripening chambers are provided with controlled temperature and humidity levels that maintain freshness of the product. Our ripening chambers are designed to direct the airflow away from the product and are low and also avoid turbulence. Further, these chambers are customized as per the specific requirements laid down by our clients. We are providing different types of ripening systems like catalytic ethylene generator / ethylene gasing systems with gas controller to ensure uniform colouring of the product.

We are instrumental in providing our clients with walls/ false ceiling that are high on quality and durability. The walls are fabricated using insulated and easy to clean surfaces that are sandwiched over PCGI framework that are strong and self-supporting. The walls offered by us are provided in material with different fire rating of class 0-1.

Further, the false ceiling fabricated by us is the standard false ceiling that is sturdy in construction and can easily withstand the load of an individual walking atop the ceiling.
