Eakcon's pre fabricated PUF panels are of international quality and are manufactured using the latest technology of camlocks with tongue and groove joints for all the panels. The use of camlocks assembly provides perfect alignment of all the panels such as walls, ceiling, floor, corner panels and door frame. These panels are basically modular in nature and are available in different sizes to suit any requirements of the clients. The panels are light in weight that makes the installation faster and easier. Our panels are fabricated using pre-painted galvanized sheets or stainless steel as required by the clients. The flooring insulation is initially covered with Marine plywood, which is covered with anti-slip aluminum checkered sheet to ensure easy maintenance and handle heavy loads.

The panels are easy to assemble by using only an Allen key and are available in different width of 300, 600, 900, 1200 mm with a maximum height of 6000 mm.

The corner panels, which provide more stability and strength to the cold room structure, are manufactured in a standard size of 300 x 300 mm of the exterior.

PUF Insulation has a density of 40-kg/m3 +/- 5%. The PUF bonds itself to the metal surface there by ensuring that the panels are strong and rigid.
