Magnetic Lifters

We manufacture and supply magnetic slot fabricated with Copper and Aluminum insulated conductors. These magnetic slot are supplied for deep depth up to 700 mm. These magnetic slot are suitable for foundry, coal mines, cement work, food, chemical industries, domestic waste cycling plants, material processing etc.

We manufacture and supply electromagnetic lifters in two shapes of circle and rectangle. We offer various types with Aluminium and copper conductors. Our range of electro magnet lifters includes:

We manufacture and supply permanent magnetic lifters which are made using magnets and fine grade metals. We offer following variants in our wide range of permanent magnetic lifters:

• e-Lift: These are powerful permanent magnetic lifters made of using Neodymium-Iron-Borom (NdFeB) permanent magnets.
• s-Lift: These permanent magnetic lifters are used as permanent magnetic sheet lifters.
• h-Lift: These are hand drag permanent magnetic sheet lifters.
• Toucher Magnet: These are handy permanent magnet for multipurpose use.
• Magnetic Tong: These are small permanent magnets with long reach.

We provide electro permanent magnetic lifting system which is made by using electro permanent magnets. These are used for material handling and lifting purposes.

Our electro permanent magnetic lifting systems are available in following variants:

We offer different variants of permanent separators made of permanent magnet and electro magnet. These are permanent magnetic suspension separators and electromagnetic suspension separators. We offer customized solutions as per the requested size and specifications.

These separators have some salient features like:

• It is most effective for removal of tramp iron from materials carried over conveyors or vibratory feeders or inclined planes.
• It can be suspended for longitudinal or transversal cleaning over the conveyor belt.
