  • Correct sourcing of fabric: We procure our range only from reliable and well known vendors who use high grade fabric for fabricating our range. We select vendors on basis of right mill, quality, construction and delivery.
  • Be In compliance on all P.R.T. requirements and due dated:  This process includes lab dips, fit sample, accessory approval, photo shoot sample, lab test sample and pre-production sample.
  • Be in compliance on all lab test requirements: This process also plays a vital role in offering a wide range of qualitative apparels and comprises count / construction , shrinkage ,flammability , crocking / color fastness , fabric / garment strength  and  Ph levels.
  • Production inspection: We check every stage of production as to offer excellent range and carve a niche in the market. Besides this, the process consists of fabric inspection, in-line inspection, specific measurement, final inspection and adherence to sampling tables.
  • Collecting report based on weekly progress.
  • Perfect packaging, perfect ticketing, UPC codes, perfect folding / hanging and  perfect pre-packing.

Warehousing and Packaging

We have a spacious warehouse that is used to store our bulk orders of our clients before transportation. The store is maintained by an experienced team of warehouse in charges, who ensures that the environment of the store is kept free of dust, micro organisms and rodents. The interiors are subjected to regular anti fungal sprays.
 
There is proper provision of sunlight and air so that no humidity persists. Stringent actions are taken to make certain that garments retain their original fit & texture. Furthermore, we readily offer to package goods according to the specifications laid by the clients. We choose qualitative corrugated boxes for packaging so that the products are protected from climatic hazards & tearing.
