We started our Quality journey in 1998 and our Quality System has matured over all these years and is evolving at the same time. We believe that any certification or assessment is a springboard, and not a hammock for us. Our long-term aim is to continuously improve the way we work, increase our efficiency and work towards strengthening our competitive caliber.

ESS was the first Indian ERP Company to achieve SEI CMM Level 5, The world's highest assessment of quality in the software industry. This places us amongst some 150 odd companies of the world who have this assessment.
