About Us

East Coast Energy Private Limited (ECEPL) is developing a coal based Thermal Power Plant near Kakarapalli Village, Santhabommali Mandal, Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh, India. The plant is to be developed in two phases with a total generation capacity of 2640 MW.

Each phase is planned with capacity of 1320 MW having two units of 660 MW. Entire project land possession and all statutory approvals have been obtained. Financial closure of Phase I of the project has achieved and expected to be commissioned within 45 months and Phase II within 12 months of COD of Phase - I. Financial closure of Phase – II is in progress.
