ECHJAY FORGINGS PRIVATE LIMITED, a closely held company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of wide variety of quality forgings throughout the world with over 40 years of experience.

Founded in 1960 as a machine shop it originally machined imported forgings for automobile manufacturers.
We have steadily expanded since then. During these 40 years we have built and maintained our reputation
for integrity. The most treasured assets are the dedicated and motivated work force and of course the
satisfied customers. Delivery schedules are met and every forging receives due attention.

Echjay was founded, as a family owned company and today still maintains family ownership.
The direction of the family and the commitment of over 500 workers has resulted into an ethically sound
and morally bound company that is successfully addressing the modern issues such as environment.

Echjay has sustained a steady growth rate over the years to boast to a modern forge shop and CNC machine shop, with completely integrated facilities right from cutting to finishing. The plant has a state of the art laboratory to ensure that it''s quality commitments are never doubted.

Quality Policy / Processes

Quality' is something that is now inherent at Echjay. Having served clients in extremely diverse businesses for over 40 years, Echjay has learnt and understood the importance of quality. One can normally associate quality with the product but we realize that its much more than that. Quality starts with the employees; their dedication and will cannot be supplemented by system. Pick a forging and we will be able to trace it back to the steel supplier or when it was produced or who tested it and so on. We realize that our customers feel secure and comfortable knowing this. These are the list of approvals of our company: * ISO 9001:2000 Print * AD 2000 - Merkblatt WO Print * European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) approval according to Directive 97/23/EG Print * Canadian Boiler Registration Numbers (CRNs) to conformance as per Appendix 'H' * Approvals from Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, Engineers India Ltd, Indian Boiler Regulatory Board, are also available, please email or fax us for copies.
