The Eclipse Combustion Veri-Flame single burner monitoring system controls the start-up sequence and monitors the flame of single gas, oil or combination gas/oil burners. There are three different models to the Veri-Flame Line:

Eclipse butterfly valves are designed to control air and gas flow to all types of combustion systems. They should not be used as tight shut-off valves. Available in manual and automatic modes.
The eclipse rotary actuator is a keypad programmable, direct coupled, modulating motor for use in burner and valve control systems. It is typically used with and electronic control to regulate a process temperature. The drive shaft of the actuator connects to a butterfly valve stem, which rotates 90 degrees from minimum to maximum position.

These burners have special applications in glass annealing lehr’s and have been successfully operating in many installations across the country. Minimatic burners feature an integral air and gas butterfly mounted on the same shaft for ease of set-up and dependable operation.
Eclipse solid state uv scanner consists of a phot-diode and electronic network. The photo diode and electronics are sealed in an aluminum hosing, providing protection against dust, oil and water. This uv scanner is used to sense infrared through ultraviolet light and responds to the flicker on gas and oil flames. This device will not produce a flame signal if any internal components fails. It can be used on burner system that continuously operate longer than twenty four hours.
Eclipse immersopak (ip version 2) burners are easy to install, simple to operate and offer long service life in industrial environments. They are ideal for heating immersion tubes on cleaning tanks, spray washers, salt baths, quenching tanks, tempering tanks, asphalt tanks, and similar equipment. immersopaks are nozzle-mixing burners complete with packaged combustion air blower. They are available in four sizes for firing immersion tubes up to 12” in diameter. Capacities range from 300,000 to 2,200,000 btu/hr. depending on burner size, fuel and control method selected, turndown ratios as high as 56:1 can be achieved. Eclipse Atmospheric Injectors are simple, low cost, adjustable mixers designed to provide an air gas mixture to one or more burners. Atmospheric Injectors use the kinetic energy of a stream of gas to entrain part or all of the air required for combustion.
Two series of injectors are available: “Low Pressure” for use with gases up to 28” w.c and “High Pressure”, for gases from 1 psig to 30 psig. Eclipse ES-Series ratio regulators are used in applications where gas to air proportional flow is required. The gas flow is controlled as a function of the air pressure through a loading line which connects into the top of the regulator. As the system air pressure increases, it forces the ratio regulator valve to open causing the outlet pressure to increase until the two pressure balances. As the load line pressure increases, the ratio of the outlet pressure to the load line pressure will be slightly less than 1:1.
The ratio regulators have a bias adjustment for varying the gas flow when setting the burner at low fire. It can be used to increase or decrease the gas flow resulting in gas rich or lean combustion. The adjustment is restricted in the gas rich direction therefore limiting the gas flow at zero air pressure.

The thermjet liquid burners are nozzle mix burners for light or heavy oil. The burners are designed to operate on low pressure atomizing air and will operate efficiently throughout a wide operating range. Typical applications include high temperature kilns and forge and melting furnaces.
