Design & Engineering
ECPL in Pune has a full fledged Design & Engineering cell which scrutinizes customer’s requirements and recommends the optimum industrial burners and associated system to the customer. Choice of burner is made from the vast range of Eclipse burners available to the market but the choice always keeps the customer’s need and interest in mind.
Design department is well equipped with latest versions of AutoCAD and qualified team of engineers convert customer’s requirements to usable form by preparing drawings, P&I Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams etc to enable smooth and efficient execution of orders.
ECPL Engineering department on a case to case basis also develops specialized or modified burners/systems for the Indian market keeping in mind the typical fuels and demanding operating conditions that prevail in the Indian market.
Manufacturing Facility
The subsidiary at Pune hosts a comprehensive manufacturing and assembly shop.
The facilities allow all burners to be manufactured, assembled and tested for performance.
Complete valve trains are also assembled, manufactured and tested or shipped to customers in CKD condition depending on preference.
Critical parts of some specialized and sophisticated burners are imported from US or Netherlands and supplied to customers if necessary.
