Our Flagship Product (DCMS)
DCMS has been developed in the process of Eclipse working with a couple of US majors since 1994 for automating their Distribution Centers (DCs) functions. Our Warehouse Management System/Product DCMS is designed to track major activities involved in a warehouse and provides automated solutions for practically all the operations performed in a Distribution Center/ Warehouse. It is an enterprise oriented application that forms part of the Supply Chain Management system and incorporates functions like receiving, quality verification, rush/cross-docking, put-away, locating, pulling, replenishment, restocking, picking, validation, shipping, billing, customs documents generation, inventory management, kitting, cycle-count, tracking, and generating various MIS Reports. DCMS is ideally suited for Manufacturers, Exporters, Trading Houses, Logistics companies and Service organizations which are dealing in the area of Garment/Apparel, Toys, Food Products, Jewelry, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Technology Products, hospitals, hotels etc. DCMS is web enabled and consists of 15 major modules. Depending upon the actual requirements/processes used by customers, it can be easily customized for both big as well as small Warehouses and Distribution centers. Due to it’s modular design, DCMS has the capability of both forward as well as Backward integration with existing in-house applications of the clients (whether it’s ERP Applications or Order entry systems like SAP, BAAN, JD Edwards etc. or sending shipping information to TMS/UPS/FEDEX Server etc). DCMS can also be easily integrated with Hardware devices like Barcoding Printers, Scanners, RFDC Terminals, Ring Scanners, Weighing machines and Sortation Conveyors etc. DCMS strongly supports all major industry specific terms and codes like SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), UPC (Universal Product code), UCC (Universal Container Code), CCL (Carton Container List), VICS (Voluntary Inter-industry Commerce Standard) and GTIN (Global Trade Identification No.) etc. DCMS takes care of producing all necessary legal, industry specific & customer specific documents/labels/tickets like BOL (Bill of lading), Packing Slip, Invoice etc. and provides a comprehensive set of more than 200 types of web based reports to enable monitoring all the activities happening in DC/warehouse. DCMS has proved to be a very valuable tool for our customers in lowering their operating costs, reducing inventory levels and improving employee productivity. Dr. Sharad Singhal, CEO, professionally leads and manages the company. He had formerly worked with TCS, AT&T, USA and Arthur Anderson, USA. He is an alumni of Carnegie-Melon University, USA, IIT Kanpur, IIM Bangalore. Our talent pool consists of PhDs, Post Graduate and Graduate Engineers with extensive experience in international software development, management of large projects and proven leadership qualities. Our Team is dedicated and has in-depth, practical, professional experience in manufacturing and services. We pilot the operations of the company to achieve customer delight.

Infrastructure Facilities
We have a fully air- conditioned office space in prestigious Software Technology Park of India in Noida adjoining Delhi. We have on-line real-time information & processing systems. Our hardware pool primarily consists of Pentium-III/IV based machines. All machines are connected to each other using an Ethernet LAN. We work on variety of operating systems, which include Microsoft Windows 2003 Server. Our installed network services are Microsoft Internet Information Server and Oracle Server 10g. Each computer is connected together through intranet and has client software installed to access any of the above listed services. We provide enough security facilities to all our clients by examining all Internet inbound traffic for various virus and access grants.
