This is the standard 8 Station Tool Turret to be used with CNC turning machines. Electrically driven it requires very little controls for operation.

designed this Double spindle machine has a working area of 500mm X 1000mm. This is actually a trade-off between fully loaded CNC machine and manual machines.

It can be used almost in any application. Just one device and you can use it as DRO, counter, RPM meter, incremental or absolute rotary encoder, or in numerous control applications. This is a new concept in the field of automation. It is field programmable and in less than a minute you can set it to give any of the following type of outputs for any PPR settings.

We have developed PC based CNC controls for lathe and milling machines. This includes control panel fitted with all controls, AC servo motors for all axis, ball screws with bearing blocks for longer life. We have specially designed these controls keeping in mind the working environment of small scale setups. Operations do not require special skills. Even learning of complex G and M codes are not necessary. We offer these controls with all fittings on Turn Key Basis. The control panel has all Plug-In cables and maintenance is extremely easy. We constantly keep on improving our machines and have kept scope for adding new feature at later stage also
