Our system is optimized such that the brick''s weight accuracy is within the range of 2%, and strength accuracy is within the range of 10%. The unique oscillation complex and material distribution system is optimized in order to ensure the final product?s superior quality with high density & strength. With the current machinery and the infrastructure, we can produce quantities of 10,000 bricks/shift. Infrastructure

Unit is established in 10000 s. ft., area shed and 9000 sq. mts., equiped with fully automised eloctronic plc based system. With the current machinery and the infrastructure, we can produce quantities of 10,000 bricks/shift.
