Horizontal Shaft Impactors

We offer heavy duty horizontal shaft impactors that are manufactured using premium grade material procured from reliable vendors. Our impactors are enclosed with suspended 2 to 3 adjustable plates and also contain a large rotor with high rotational inertia. After the material hits against the breaker-plate, the crushing also takes place. Vertical Impactors

As per GERMAN TECHNICAL KNOW HOW The vertical shaft impactors that we offer are basically a centrifugal stone-pump, where stones are fed into the center of the rotor. The feeding material is placed with the help of vertical tube in the center of the of the horizontal high speed rotor. It rotates at a speed of 60 M/Sec to 70 M/Sec in a vertical axis and later distributes the material over the rotor-vanes. Further, the feed material attains the velocity which is almost 45 degrees to radial direction. Owing to the high impact of the kinetic energy of the feed particles that disintegrate into numerous pieces giving rise to new surface. Slow Speed Impactors

Hammer Mills

Two types of Hammer Mills are manufactured Reversible & Non-Reversible having open bottom type. These mills are easy to maintain as large inspection flaps. It can also be opened hydraulically or mechanically by spindles on the left and right side of the rotor. It facilitates easy access of the mill and the parts can be easily replaced. The hammer mills have impact wall adjustment that assists in wear compensation and final grain control can be provided in the top and at the bottom separately. Its adjustments can be effected automatically by spindles or hydraulically by slave cylinders. The impact hammer mill can also be opened hydraulically. The application area for the hammer mills are as follows: Our assortment of hammer mills is manufactured in three main series, such as: • 3000 Heavy • 4000 Medium • 1200 Light A series-machine is selected based on the size of feed & toughness of material, friability and other important factors. 3000 Heavy has the following specifications: • Bigger feed size • Tougher materials such as limestone, Iron-ore, Dolomite 4000 Medium has the following specifications: • Comparatively smaller feed size • Softer material such as soft limestone, chalk.
