Single Roll Crushers

The single roll crushers that we manufacture are has gained tremendous accolades in the industry for their qualitative features. These crushers find diverse application in varied industry. Some of the applications are like crushing of soft, medium hard and friable materials, like R.O.M. Coal, Rock Phosphate, Soft limestone, Salt Shales, Bauxite, Slag and others. Drive through countershaft with gear & pinion arrangement / gear box or through V belts only. By pressure and shear the crushing of the feed material takes place in the single roll crusher and in a wedge shaped crushing zone. The area of crushing is formed by the rotating roll and the adjustable spring loaded breaker. The gap at the side between the combs of the breaker plate and roll-tips is adjustable on the discharge. The finished product is decided by the gap setting, tooth configuration, surface speed& spring load. Alloy steel of special graded are used to manufacture the main shaft that gives high tensile strength. The breaker plate is fitted on a heavy hinge pin attached to a roller crusher whose lower end is supported by special device. However the position of the roller crushers can be altered.

Double Roll Crushers

We develop a wide array of double roll crushers that are fabricated using qualitative raw material such as wear resistant steel of 14% Mn, K.M.D. and other hardened steel that enhance the functionality. The toothed rings that come with the crushers are mounted on the hub, which is positioned by holding bolts. The products can also customize as per specifications detailed by the clients. The crushers find diverse applications such as crushing of: • Coal • Coke • Sinter (hot and cold), • Clay • Earth • Slag • Chalk • Soft Limestone For the cutting action of the teeth, crushing of material is done mainly for shear but pressing, therefore fines generation is minimized. Toothed Double Roll Crushers

Application : Toothed Double Roll Crushers are used as primary as well as secondary crushing of the friable and brittle materials like Coal, Coke, Sinter (hot and cold), Clay, Earth, Slag, Chalk, Soft Limestone etc. Due to cutting action of the teeth, crushing of material takes place mostly due to shear and not by pressing. Therefore fines generation is bare minimum. Description: Crushing takes place due to two rolls running in to each other and crushing the material caught in the valley of the rolls. One roll is fixed, while other one is adjustable & spring mounted, permising of uncrushable to pass through. Crushing Rolls: Toothed rings are mounted on the heavy fabricated hub and the rings are kept in position by holding bolts. These rings are made of wear-resistant steel, like 1 4% Mn Steel, K.M.D. or any other hardened Steel depending upon the application. Drive through V belts or through Gear Box/Geared Motor. Gap Adjustment: The design of the ECOMAN's Gap-Adjustment system is such, that during running condition gap can be adjusted and also the spring force. There are two spindles located one inside the other in such a way, that inner spindle tightens or lessens the springs, while outer one changes the position of the roll. Smooth Double Roll Crushers

Smooth Double Roll Crushers are normally used as Secondary & Tertiary Crushers where narrow spectrum of grain analysis is desired, i.e. with given setting say "S" Most of the product gains lay near to "S". Reduction Ratio less than 1:4 and rolls can be set to 0.5 to 0.8 mm. Feed size, setting & roll diam are to be so selected that the material gets nipped. In order to get the best results, material should be fed centrally into the valley formed by rolls, uniformly, continuously throughout the width of rolls, at a velocity very near to surface velocity of rolls. One roll is fixed and other roll is floating spring loaded or hydraulically loaded to kick-back in the case of overload or uncrushable coming into crushing zone and same roll can be moved closer or away to get the desired gap. See gap setting arrangement. Rolls are made of Mn (14%) steel or K.M.D. Steel. We also manufacture Four roll crusher on request.
