The Electrostatic Precipitator is an apparatus that is used for separating dust in an electrostatic field. Apart from this, these apparatus are also used for the collection of dust particles and mist of any size. The process that the electronic precipitator follows is explained below:

• Dust laden gas is passed through a high voltage electric field which causes the gas to ionize
• The ions obtained, settle on dust particles and charge them
• As they pass through an electric field, the charged particles are attracted to the electrodes, which form the electric field

The Gas Conditioning Tower is used to condition and cool kiln gas before it is dusted in an electrostatic precipitator. The cooling of the gas helps in protecting the electrostatic precipitator from soaring temperatures. Further, humidity of the gas increases the performance of the electrostatic precipitator. Our Gas Conditioning Tower is also used to cool the flue gas before it enters a process filter where very low temperatures can be required in order to protect the filter backs. These are primarily used in the cement industry for cooling purpose.

In Process Gas Cooler offered by us gas passes through tubes, the cooling length of which is subdivided into different sections. The important sections include a hot or inlet section, a medium temperature or intermediate section, and a cool discharge section. These sections carry out different process enabling the gas to cool the system fro which it is used. Primarily, the tubes are of inverted U-shape and preferably are of serpentine form where one arm of the U has portions overlapping the other arm for greater heat exchange.

Scraper Conveyor offered by us is a simple conveyor filter device used to handle course dirt in bulk. It can be designed in several forms, can be inserted in a machine tunnel or placed at the bottom of dirty fluid holding tank. It also can be used in combination with a variety of filtration / separation devices. Wipers are attached to a moving chain placed in trough (tank) holding dirty cutting fluid. These cause the sedimented course dirt to move along with the wipers in a bin placed at one end of trough.
