The Electrostatic Precipitator offered by us is an apparatus that is used for separating dust in an electrostatic field. Apart from this, these apparatus are also used for the collection of dust particles and mist of any size. The process that the electronic precipitator follows is explained below:
- Dust laden gas is passed through a high voltage electric field which causes the gas to ionize
- The ions obtained, settle on dust particles and charge them
- As they pass through an electric field, the charged particles are attracted to the electrodes, which form the electric field
The apparatus is provided with a superior filter for dust laden flue gases and operates with a minimum pressure drop, along the equipment.
