These scrubbers are used to absorb gas phase contaminants from exhaust gas stream. Packed Bed Scrubbers are combined with chemical treatment equipment to collect and convert gas contaminants into harmless substances.

Sieve Tray Scrubbers: These scrubbers consist of column with number of sieve plates, pumping and dosing system. Reckoned for moderate collection efficiency, these scrubbers are provided with hollow vertical tower with one or two pipes mounted transversely.
Working:
Gas enters the bottom of tower and passes through perforation of plates before existing from the top. Liquid is introduced at the top plate and starts moving downward towards exit at the bottom. Gas and liquid come in contact in between, which allows mass transfer or particulate removal.

Owing to our manufacturing facilities, we offer Hydro Pneumatic Pressure Boosting Systems that includes pressure boosting systems, hydro pressure systems and hydro pressure booster systems. Our range is equipped with automatic pressure controlled pumps and a tank that contains an air filled poly-ether-urethane (PEU) bladder. The water is pumped in this tank that compresses it and pressurizes the bladder, which in turn maintains a desired pressure within the whole water system. This system is precision engineered and does not require any manual intervention.

Our range of Reverse Osmosis Systems for Process and Drinking makes water pure by removing all the impurities from it. Our range uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and eliminate dissolved solids, organic, pyrogens, sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. These systems can easily remove 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic (including pyrogens) and 99% of all bacteria in the feed water. Through reverse osmosis membranes, feed water is delivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm2.

Reverse Osmosis Process
By applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure, this system forces a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a membrane, to a region of low solute concentration. This process is the reverse of normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from low solute concentration, without applying external pressure. The membrane in this process is semi permeable that allows the passage of solvent but not of solute.
Features:
The production rate is based on feed water at 25°C, with turbidity of less than 1 NTU, silt density index (SDI) of less than 5.
