Application :-

To pack purified water, mineral water, diluted pulpless & seedless fruit juice, flavoured milk, soya milk, Ice candy juice etc. in centre sealed pouches made of heat sealable L.D.P.E. / L.D.P.E. film. Drive of machine is electro-mechanical; unless any pneumatic device is fitted in the machine against special orders.

Range of packing capacities :-

• 100ml to 500 ml (most common packing capacity).
• 500 ml to 1000ml (less common packing capacity).

Pouch Type :-

• Only centre sealed pouch; both fins of centre seal extend in opposite directions; one fin remains inside pouch but second fin remains outside of pouch.

Packing Film :-

• L.D.P.E. / L.L.D.P.E. film of 60 micron to 90 micron thickness.
• L.D.P.E. + H.D.P.E. (mixed) film of 60 micron to 90 micron thickness.
• Polypropylene (P.P.) film of 60 micron to 90 micron thickness.
