ABOUT THIS EQUIPMENT: This Detector incorporates DIP switch selectable response time & required trip level. It is engineered to enable the Mill user to utilize regardless of output requirements and is available in one of two connection formats. Namely one model for 110 VAC 50/60Hz or 24V DC connection and one model solely for connection to 220/240 VAC supply. Provides relay output, and where powered from 24 VDC also DIP selectable NPN/PNP transistor outputs.

Provided with 1? x 25? FOV lens module **(replaceable on site) incorporating visible spectrum cut off filtering. Min. trip level is relative to % FOV with product as indicated in data sheet. Mounted at 0.5 mtrs. from pass line detects hot bar, regardless of CSA down to 350?C.

Heat shield recommended when mounted 0.5 mtrs. or closer to pass line & bar more than 25mm CSA. Where bar CSA 50mm or greater, recommend mounting 1 mtr. from pass line.
