Inflatable rubber tube or sleeve of natural or synthetic rubber for applications in Textile, Plastic, Pharmaceutical & Packaging industry. Rotary printing on textiles and corona treatment of plastic films, packing of pharmaceutical items etc. are two examples of applications of sleeves.

We use all types of synthetic rubber like nitrile, silicone, hypalon, EPDM, neoprene, natural etc. to make rollers of hardness varying from 10 Shore A to 100 Shore A with accuracy between ±0.02mm to ±0.05mm. Our expertise and huge experience have enabled us to coat rollers of diameters up to 400 mm and length of 3500 mm. We have been able to maintain impeccable accuracy of ± 0.05 mm in run out and parallelism over a length of up to 1000 mm along with length and diameter accuracy within 0.1 mm over a length of 1000 mm. We provide various type of rollers for use in different industries.

Spreader rollers for use in BOPP film plants are manufactured by us with aluminium shells made out of casting or round bar coated Silicone or Hypalon rubber.

Trim or pull rollers made out of MS shell and coated with silicone, hypalon or nitrile rubber made by us are used in BOPP film plants.

We are capable of delivering rubber rollers of various hardness, precision ground to tolerances of 0.02mm to 0.05mm in concentricity and parallelism. Such accuracy is possible from 25Shore A to 100Shore A hardness and in all rubbers natural and synthetic.

Felt rollers used to convey felt which carries pulp in paper and board mills require rubber rollers of ebonite hardness, capable of withstanding high temperatures of steam, water etc. are manufactured by us.  

Various kinds of pulleys from 50mm to 400mm diameter are manufactured / rubberized by us with natural and synthetic rubbers MS, Brass, Aluminium or other metallic shells.

Applications include, conveying belts, abrasive strips, de-creasing, pulling, etc.

We manufacture rollers for buffing and snuffing of leather. These rollers are of 10ShA to 15ShA hardness. We also make Foam Rollers. Our client for such rollers include Tata International Ltd, Leather division.

We manufacture and rubberized rollers for offset printing machines of the following makes amongst others. Heidelberg, komori, planeta, dominant, manugraph, sheet fed and web offset printing rollers consisting of forms, inking, damping (alcohol) & distributor rollers.
