The unit is compact and unique in design. Inner working chamber, top and lid made out of stainless steel 304 grade and external body made out of mild steel finished with powder coating. The gap between internal and external walls in insulated with PUF to prevent any heat loss. A circulating pump provided to maintain uniform temperature throughout the bath has external circulating facility. Pump output 8 liters/min at zero head. Tank volume 12 Liters approx. Temp. controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor Based Digital Temp. Controller, fitted at the top of the bath for easy operation. Temperature setting knobs allow the user to select and set any desired temperature within the range. Below ambient temperature can be achieved by a powerful cooling system using hermetically sealed compressor of KIRLOSKAR COPELAND make with air cooled condenser. The unit is suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz. AC single phase and Ambient up to 37 deg C

Pump cum Stirrer to circulate liquid at closely controlled temp. through external apparatus like Brookfield Viscometer, Refractometer etc.

CONSTRUCTION :

Heavy duty structural construction for rigidly and vibration-free base consists of FLOUROCENT TUBE mounted below translucent plastic plate to provide diffused cold light to floc samples.

Drive with variable speed control : D.C. Electric motor to work in 220-230 volts. A.C. to work on continuously, drip proof geared motor built in Electronic speed regulator to control speed from 20 R.P.M TO 100 R.P.M. approx. The gear chain for multiple spindles Drive gives same speed for all the stainless steel stirring paddle approx. 1" X 3" are attached to the rod having 10" long approx. with lighting knob at top permit adjustment of paddle height spacing of approx. : 6" in between rods permits use to 1000 ml glass Beaker which rest directly on bench.

Control panel : Consists of Variable control speed regulator to control the stirring sample simultaneously from 20 R.P.M to 100 R.P.M approx. On/Off switch main indicating light etc. (without glass beakers)

DIGITAL COD DIGESTOR is suitable fo COD method for monitoring wastewater influent and effluent, industrial process water, and more. This instrument is used by Pollution Control Labs. Outer cabinet made of mild steel duly coated. Double wall construction with insulation for minimum heat losses increases the efficiency of the system. In this improved model of Muffle Furnace: (1200 Deg. C) ceramic fibre wool insulation (instead of brick insulation) has been provided resulting in weight and size reduction of furnace. The weight and size of the furnace is 1/4 and 30% respectively as compared to brick furnace. The heat up time is less. heat loss is very low-resulting in power saving.
