Team / ManpowerMr. Rajeev Nanda: Founder and Director of Emerging India, Rajeev has worked on a varied set of projects from raising debt & venture funding for corporates to dealing with stock exchanges, ROC & other statutory bodies & has extensive experience of handling IPOs, company taxation matters, corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, arranging overseas Joint ventures etc. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with over 23 years of experience.
Mr. Rajiv Mangla: Founder and Director of Emerging India, Rajiv brings 18 years of rich experience with him in Corporate finance & Fund raising. Formerly he was CFO with a leading FMCG company where he was responsible for overall finance, corporate affairs and investor relation activities of the organisation across the globe. Prior to that he has also worked with GEC Alsthom. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Amit Gupta : Amit has experience of working on various projects for leading Private Equity funds, Investment banks & various big corporates. Prior to Emerging India, he worked with a leading research firm as a Research Analyst where he was responsible for delivering research projects across globe and also involved in Investor Relations, Corporate Valuation & other activities. He is responsible for Investor Relations, Business Development and Project Execution activities. He is MBA with major in finance and minor in marketing from International Management Institute, Europe.
Mr. Love Mangla : Love, a qualified Chartered Accountant, possess deep understanding of Equity Markets and is responsible for Debt and Equity projects of the organization. He has also done a Certificate course on Valuation from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Prior to joining Emerging India, he worked with a leading brokerage firm as a Financial Analyst.
