Elasto Foam is engaged in the manufacture and export of automatic foaming machine, continuous foaming machine, high pressure foaming machine, foam machine, polyurethane foam machine and industrial polyurethane foam machine. We manufacture & export industrial foam machines and our range encompasses foam machine, polyurethane foam machine in two varieties that are: Elasto Foam (D Series) & Elasto Foam (F Series). Apart from these products, we also offer Low-Pressure Foaming Machines and loading drums with higher capacity. Infrastructure We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit which is located at Mumbai, one of the industrial metropolitan of India. All our products are designed with extra care using best quality raw materials in our in-house. Raw material used, strictly conforms to the their specification in grades as per international quality standard. We are well equipped with all kinds of testing instruments at our manufacturing unit.

Metering : These low pressure polyurethane foaming machines are supported by suitable gear boxes, which offers complete accuracy in output and ratio control and supports viscous material . This machine displays real time operating parameters & safety cut off when the pressure shoots up.

Mixing head : These low pressure mixing heads are made of hardened alloy steel, which are designed to prevent head blockages during foaming operations. The twin spool design facilitates mechanical separation of the components inside the mixing head. The internal head is designed suitably to achieve a perfect mixture & splash free distribution into foaming cavity.

Process control : The operating sequence of this machinery can be pre-set. We also manufacture high quality timer adjustable operating process control machineries.

Washing : The liquid and air washing of the mixing chamber are automatic. These washing chambers are also available with timer adjustable facility.

Storage tanks : These jacketed / non-jacketed storage tanks are made of mild steel . It has a capacity up to 250 liters.

Metering: - These machines are fitted with metering gear pumps driven by separate DC motors, which offers almost infinite variations in output and ratio control within the limits. Temperature controlled by large heat exchangers keeps the component viscosity and quality of foam produced constant. Optional safety cut off in the event of pressure shoot up. Mixing Head: - The new alloy steel hardened mixing head keeps the chemicals separate till the injection port and prevents cross contamination. It can be fitted with various types of mixers for different types of foams and operates with a speed of 8500 or 4200 RPM. Washing: - The solvent and air washing of the mixing chamber are automatic and timer adjustable. Process Control: - The entire sequence can be preset and timer adjustable. Storage Tanks: - Storage tanks are mild steel and have 30 to 100 liters capacity. It can be fitted with agitators and magnetic level switches.

Elasto Foam (F-Series) Metering : These machines are fitted with low speed metering pumps driven by geared motors. It offers very high precision in both output and ratio control.

Process Control : The injection pressure is controlled by independent conical jets. These conical jets can be easily replaced.

Storage Tanks :- The extended boom gives maximum maneuverability to reach a wide range of pouring positions.
