Pumps
This model is fitted with low revolution high accuracy volumetric SS gear pumps. The high torque PMDC motors supported by suitable gear boxes offers very high accuracy in output and ratio control. The low revolution also reduces wear and tear of the moving parts associated with metering. SS 316 MOC and total absence of copper contents prevents component reaction inside the metering pumps.

Tanks
240 litre storage tanks are made of mild steel, jacketed and has visual level indicator and drain facility. Non jacketed versions available on request. Different capacity tanks available on request. These tanks can be fitted with agitator/stirrer, minimum/maximum level control and has provision for automatic loading.
Mixing Head
Elastofoam mixing heads are designed to prevent head blockages during foaming operations. The materials re-circulate through two different spools keeping them separate till the injection port to prevent cross contamination. The mixing head is actuated by a double rack pneumatic cylinder valve. The internal of the mixing head is suitably designed for high speed mixing to achieve a homogenous mixture, and splash free pouring into the foaming cavity.

Foaming Machine (D-series) Metering: These machines are fitted with metering gear pumps driven by separate DC motors, which offers almost infinite variations in output and ratio control within the limits. Temperature controlled by large heat exchangers keeps the component viscosity and quality of foam produced constant. Optional safety cut off in the event of pressure shoot up.
Mixing Head: The new alloy steel hardened mixing head keeps the chemicals separate till the injection port and prevents cross contamination. It can be fitted with various types of mixers for different types of foams and operates with a speed of 8500 or 4200 RPM.
Washing: The solvent and air washing of the mixing chamber are automatic and timer adjustable.
Process Control: The entire sequence can be preset and timer adjustable.
Storage Tanks: Storage tanks are mild steel and have 30 to 100 liters capacity. It can be fitted with agitators and magnetic level switches.
