We provide Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for our supplied and installed items. Under AMC we cover all labour and spares so as to provide our customers who have an AMC with us, trouble free operation and support at a fixed cost.

Elcome has trained engineers for all the products that we supply. We provide installation, commissioning, operational training, system acceptance services for all our products. On a case to case basis we provide installation & commissioning services for turnkey projects for foreign companies that do not have service support in India and are working on a project that needs professional handling of their equipment.

Engineers Normal Time Charges (1000 -1800 Hrs.)

Engineers Over Time Charges (beyond Normal Time, Sat / Sun /Bank holidays)
USD 80.00 per hour per Engineer

Local Conveyance
USD 60.00 per trip
