Elec steel processing Industries was established in the year 2005 under the able guidance of Mr. H.N. Bagadia. Ever since our inception, we have been engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting Motor Stampings, E&I, Wound Cores & Transformer Laminations for Power & Distribution Transformers up to 350 MVA from ‘CRGO’ Electrical Steel Sheets/Coils.
The high quality standards, which we have set for our products, have ensured that we manufacture products which are of the highest quality. These Motor Stampings, E&I, Wound Cores, Rectangular Cores, Transformers Wound Cores, Transformers Rectangular Cores, Wound Cores & Transformer Laminations are highly appreciated in the domestic as well as international market due to their superior quality and high efficiency.

Raw Materials used

Our Infrastructure Base
One of the main reasons for our success has been the wide infrastructure base set up by us. We have the latest tools and machineries in our manufacturing unit, which is spread across a wide area of 3000 sq.ft.
The installed capacity of our manufacturing unit is 3000. This has been made possible due to our use of the following machineries:
- Slitting Machines
- Power Presses & Press Brakes
- Shearing Machines
- Winding Machines
- Annealing Furnace
- Pit type Muffle Furnace
Our testing facility, which contains the latest equipments, ensures that we are able to conduct both mechanical as well as electrical tests on our products. All our tests are as per the stipulated standards, thus ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
We also entertain labor jobs for slitting as full process of lamination cutting for distribution and power transformers as per the specifications supplied by our client. |
