Proprietor Rakesh Batra competed his electrical engineering with Hons. from Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra in 1977.
*
Stood first in the University and awarded medal for the same.
*
Worked with United General Industries, Mohali Manufaturers and Exporters of ACSR conductors from 1977 to 1979 as a Production and Quality Control Engineer.

Joined M. P United Polypropylene Limited as Executive Assistant to Managing Director in 1979 and worked in different capacities in Projects, Materials, Production Planning and Controls and finally as Works Manager of the company looking after all the aspects of factory. Left MPUPL in 1986.

MPUPL was first unit in india manufacturing Electrical Grade BOPP film. Unit was set up in technical collaboration with Mitsubishi Rayon Company, Japan.

During the period from 1979 to 1986 at MPUPL had varied experience to set up a green field project from project report stage to commissioning and then running of unit.

From 1986 to 2004 was involved in Designing and Manufacturing of Electrical Controls Panels and Electrical Projects from concept to commissioning in the capacity of Executive Director of Conelec Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Unilec Engineers Limited.

Since 2004 providing engineering services in the field of Electrical.
