Cable Glands & Accessories

We are manufacture of complete range of Cable Glands & related accessories. We manufacture in Casted Brass as well as in Extruded Brass also. We also manufacture Aluminium, Steel as well as Nylon Cable Glands & their related accessories. We have the capacity & required infrastructure to manufacture Cable Glands as per customers design.

Gland Design we have based it''s gland design as well as testing philosophy on the performance requirement of BS 6121 : 1989 and EN 50014 : 1992 adding new criteria necessary to meet particular need.

Materials Glands are made in standard Brass to BS 2874 or in alternative materials like Aluminium (BS 1474) and Stainless Steel (A2 / A4).

Finishes Generally glands are supplied in natural Brass finish. Other finishes like electro-Tin, Nickel and Cadium can be provided.

Entry Threads Glands are normally supplied with ISO metric threads to BS 3643 pt. 2 ISOR68 series. Upto and including 75 mm dia. 1.5 mm constant pitch is used. Alternative entry threads like PG / NPT / ET etc. also available.

Earthing Electrical continuity is normally achieved via the screwed entry in to metal boxes. For the situations where earth short circuit protective equipment demands positive earth connection a range of integral earth glands can be provided.

A1 / A2 Industrial Cable Gland

Application:
For use with unarmored cables with rubber outer sheath. Secures outer sheath of cable.
Displacement seal concept of A1/A2 industrial cable gland makes it suitable for Indoor & outdoor application.

Cable of all types & sizes, as per the requirement and specification of the customer is generally available.

BW (Brass Ware) Gland - Industrial Gland ( 3 Part )

This prevents rotation of the wire and is used instead of a knurled cone.

Application :

For use with armor or braided cable, secures armoring and provides electrical continuity between armor and gland entry component mainly used in dry and indoor condition.

Design and Features:

2 part armour lock
Knurled armour lock produces a low resistance earth clip

CW Cable Gland (3 Part)

Application:
For use with armored cable, secures armoring and provides electrical continuity between amour and gland entry component. Also provides a seal on the outer sheath of the cable thus ensuring no damage to cable sheathing. These are used both indoor and outdoor, in all climatic conditions as it is weatherproof & waterproof.

E1W Brass Gland

Application:
For use with all types of SWA extruded bedding cable where it is essential to produce IP 66 seal on to the outer sheath and also produce an IP 66 or explosion proof seal on inner sheath. It provides seals on to both inner sheath & outer sheath of the cable.

Design:

2 part armor / earth lock.

Knurled armor lock produces a low resistance earth clip.

Inner & outer displacement seal.

Rated at IP 66 in conjunction with entry thread seal.

Application:
For use with SWA, Plastic & Rubber sheathed cable. Used in dry indoor condition. Inner ring ensures positive armor clap and earth continuity.

TRS Cable Gland

Application:
Recommended for use with Braided, Co-axial or SWA cables. A rubber Seal compresses on tightening to provide a tight fit against cable.
