Suspension Magnets The EMF suspension forklift magnets are developed for use in forklift trucks to any width required. The forks slide into the top mounted brackets that simply lock manually. It is ideal for keeping car parks, container depots and warehouses free from nails, nuts and bolts and others. Once the cleaning operation is complete, the magnet can be removed for use at a later date.

Pipeline Magnet We offer electro magnetic flux permanent magnetic pipeline magnet which is specially designed to extract fine & weak ferrous particles such as rust from fluids conveyed by pipeline. The entire equipment is developed in 304 or 316 SS and the unit is simply connected to the present pipeline by means of flanged or threaded ends. It also contains sealed magnetic sticks that contain:

• High garden rare earth magnets

Drawer And Housing Magnet (single Row Or Bank) We offer electro magnetic flux single row magnetic drawer and housing to our customers. It is an inline magnetic separator which is used in gravity feed chutes to extract ferrous particles within the powder or granular material that are being processed in various industries. The entire structure is fabricated in stainless steel grade 304 or 316 and the flanged housing ensures simple installation. The drawer slides out completely, providing access to the magnets. On the removal of drawer, the inner tubes containing powerful rare earth magnets, slide out causing the debris to fall off enabling easy and effective cleaning.
The tube is encased in 304 or 316 stainless steel and 20-25.4 mm diameter. These are offered with standard ferrite magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets (up to 22,000 gauss). The sealed SS ends are drilled & tapped for fixing purposes.

Magnetic DRAWER AND HOUSING Double Row
Our electro magnetic flux double row magnetic drawer and housing is widely appreciated as an inline magnetic separator which is used in gravity feed chutes to ensure efficient extraction of ferrous particles within powder or granular materials that are being processed. Roll Drum Separator New generation of magnetic separators, designed by emf, combines the latest technological achievements in magnetic concentration based on High-intensity, High grade; high power RE- permanent magnets generate an exceptionally high magnetic gradient for the most cost-effective way to process weakly magnetic materials. Optimal separation of the material is achieved by custom design and any number of roll concentrator modules may be used to attain the required throughput or separation. Dry granules of the material are fed onto short conveyor belts of thin yet durable material passing over rolls of customized magnetic configuration. The non-magnetic particles fall freely off the end of the roll while the magnetic particles adhere momentarily to the roll and are discharged into a separate chute by means of an adjustable splitter below the belt. Magnetic Grates Our range of EMF Permanent Magnetic Grate/Grids/grill is specially designed primarily as well as secondarily to fit in the hoppers for extracting ferrous metals from the product into processing. As per customer requirements these can be designed and manufactured to all sizes or shapes. These are placed in the hopper for resting against the sides. This allows the material to flow through the grid. These grids are encased completely in SS 304 for rigorous handling and are generally used in hoppers in the plastics industry.
To achieve a more elevated protection level, double & triple banked grates can also be developed. All grates are obtainable from us with either ferrite or powerful rare earth magnets that are suggested for fine ferrous particles such as rust and many others. We can also offer single magnetic tubes with ends drilled and tapped to the customer’s requirements. |

Magnetic Pulleys One of our most popular products, electro magnetic flux permanent magnetic pulleys separators are used as head pulleys in the efficient belt conveyor systems for:
• Improvement of purity of product
• To protect the process equipment from tramp metal damage
These pulleys provide continuous and effective exclusion of ferrous metal from the product flow. It follows the method of permanent magnetic ferrous metal separation which demands the magnetic pulley to be setup at discharge end of the conveyor replacing the existing pulley. Some of their salient attributes include:
• Flat or crowned pulley face
• Four available hub styles: recessed hubs, flush hubs, extended hubs, or no hubs
• Smooth or lagged surface
• Fixed shaft or no shaft

A divider plate can also be setup for ensuring that no remixing occurs when the product falls freely from the end of line into the storage bins or processing chutes. The mixed ferrous metal is attracted and held to the face of belt and then carried to the underside of the pulley.
This separation acts as a secondary protection for deeply embedded metal in the product that may have not been originally extracted by other processes of an overhead suspension magnet. Some of the applications in which the product is used in include:
