Vibrating Tables EMF vibrating tables are used in various applications in different industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceuticals, ceramics and feed. Some other typical application areas include:
• Vibration of cartons, cans and the like for reducing of packaging sizes
• Vibration of sacks and bags on pallets for stabilization before wrapping
• Compaction/removal of air from misc. materials in forms at foundries
• Shake-outs at foundries (segregation and screening off of foundry sand from castings)
• Testing of electronic equipment etc. at various frequencies
There are basically 4 types of vibrations namely Circled, Elliptic, Linear and Oscillating. The Emf vibration tables are popular for their various features such as:
• Equipped with one or two vibration motors or electromagnetic vibrator
• Applicable to operations where strong vibrations are required during operation
• Applicable to operations where high frequency and small amplitude are expedient and where an infinitely variable control of the vibrations (from 0 to 100%) during operation is requested
• The equipment consists of a tabletop, equipped with one or more drive units, and a stationary frame
• The design and all dimensions are tailored to the specific job
• The maximum item weight is approx. 2000 kg
• The tabletop and the support frame are manufactured in S.S. AISI 304 or Fe360
• Designed for continuous operation - no regular inspection or lubrication is necessary (negligible maintenance). |

Vibratory Motor To cater to the demands of industries where material handing is of primal role, we offer an assortment of unbalance motor vibrators. These vibrators assist in emptying, dosing, conveying, loosening, testing, cleaning, screening, compacting, distributing, feeding and many others. Emf-UNBALANCE MOTOR vibrators are completely enclosed, surface cooled units that operate at 415 / 440 volts, 3 phases, 50 cycles at A.C. supply.
It also includes a dimensioned cylindrical roller bearing which ensures self-lubrication, maintenance-free and long life expectancy. The vibrating frequency depends on the revolutions of rotary unit and can be selected from 4 frequency ranges:
• 3000
• 1500
• 1000
• 750 vibrations per minute
When used as a single unit, the motors impact circular vibrations. If directional vibrations are required, 2 vibrators running in the opposite direction are used. The centrifuge force is adjustable from zero to maximum by manipulating relative positions of the eccentric weights that are provided on the either side of the shaft.
