These large diameter Lifting Electro Magnets transport steel scrap in scrap processing yards and foundries. They can handle tons of scrap continuously throughout the day. Lifting Magnets are used in metalworking plants to hoist and transport steel parts, forgings, casting, plates, blooms, channels, angles, rods & bars. They save time and effort because they can lift steel more quickly and conveniently than mechanical device. With Lifting Magnet there's no need to attach and secure lifting supports. Nor is it necessary to block up loads on the floor or to move for mechanical devices. Although the largest models are powerful enough to hoist thousands to Kgs. the lifting force depends on both the thickness and type of surface of the steel object. The force is most effective on thick, flat and clean steel than on thin, irregular, or rusted steel.

The ever increasing demand for higher melting capacities at low cost for personnel and production, fewer risk of accidents and safer working conditions make foundries consider the use of up to date technologies furnace loading equipments. Furnace loaders are especially suitable for the very heavy duties experienced in foundries. They are designed for different type of furnaces environments. They are provided with traveling movements towards the furnace. The basis of Vibrating Furnace loaders is a sturdy emi-magnetee Unbalance Vibratory Motor. On special demand, the conveyor is fitted with additions such as an exchangeable wear lining.

It's the most powerful and effective magnetic separator available for speed cleaning and for separating weakly magnetic minerals. Some minerals, such as illmenite, monazite, huebnerite, garnet, chromate, wolframite etc. don't respond to the magnetic force of a conventional separator. But these self-cleaning magnetic separator selectively removes them out of a conveyed material and discharges them as distinct and clean the material. Field intensity is adjustable for selectiverecovery. Very high gauss of 20,000 is achieved by the magnetic separator.

For Dry & Free Flowing Materials. Pipe Magnets protect processing equipment and product purity by capturing ferrous contaminates in vertical flow system. These all-purpose magnetic separators purify free-flowing powders and granular material or concentrate and reclaim products in such materials. It also protects processing equipment such as grinders, crushers, rolls etc. against tramp iron damage. They can be installed inside closed chutes, at outlets of chutes and hoppers, or where materials discharge from feeders and conveyors. Its rugged construction is ideal for separating ferrous metal from material such as shredded cars, slag, crushed ore and ash at mass burn plants, in foundries recycling plastic, aluminuium and glass. Similar in operation, it has a nonmagnetic outside shell that is driven around an internal stationary magnet. Ferrous metal is magnetically drawn out of the material feed, held against the revolving shell, and released when it reaches a discharge point beyond the magnetic field.

Safely and automatically remove tramp iron from heavy product flows. O.B.M.S. are used for resource recovery, reclaiming steel for resale and separating ferrous contaminants from other recyclabel material such as aluminium, glass, plastic, tires, crushed concrete and wood. Many facilities use O.B.M.S. to protect machinery, such as crushers at quarries, cement plants, and mines. the technique that many industries are discovering is vibratory compaction. emi-magnetee cable reeling drum is spring powered & an essential accessory for lifting magnets in either mobile crane, e. O. T. Cranes, electrical hoists etc. The drum revolves on a pair of ball bearings for smooth operations and rotation of the drum & the reel is almost maintenance free. This reel is fabricated out from heavy guage mild steel sheet which does not get damaged, being very rugged and has a set of high tension springs on one side to reel and unreel drum and double contact slip-rings assembly for power supply to the magnet on the other side. The slip-ring arrangement is made from high conductive phosphor-bronze material and the copper brushes are of very high grade. Suitable end covers are provided to safe guard slip-ring assembly and springs. The lead wires of slip-ring assembly are brought out from the drum and are terminated at the terminal station provided on a supporting channel. The whole drum will be mounted .

Available in several thickness and strengths to effectively remove tramp metal that has fallen on the conveyor. Located prior to packaging machinery, this plate magnet is currently being used for single layer products such as : cookies, crackers, chips, pretzels, textiles, fiberglass etc. This magnet measures 6-3/16 long, with the product flow, by 1-05/16" thick. Manufactured in widths to match your conveyor.

Magnetic Pulley operates as head pulleys on belt conveyors. These low-cost, self cleaning magnets remove tramp iron and purify materials conveyed on bulk forms. When material carried on a conveyor enters the magnetic field surrounding a Magnetic Pulley, pieces of ferrous metal in the material are attracted to the belt. They are held magnetically against the belt until carried to the underside of the pulley, where the belt takes them away from the magnetic field to be discharged. Non-magnetic material falls away from the pulley in a normal trajectory. Separations is automatic and continuous. These are used to protect processing machinery from damaging tramp metal, eliminate ferrous contaminants from product, concentrate magnetic minerals in mining ores, and remove steel from recyclabel. In many applications, it's possible to replace an existing head pulley with a magnetic pulley, on a size-for-size basis.

For Liquid / Slurry Materials. T-Trap Magnetic separators are designed for heavy are designed for heavy duly large volume liquid and semi-liquid line flow systems. The T-Trap employs a slip-in cage if stainless steel permanent magnet tubes. The function of the magnet tubes is such that the captured tramp metal partiles migrate to the rear of the tubes Where they remain protected from wash-off until the tubes are cleaned. The magnet cage has positioning lugs that mate with locating recesses in the body of trap. Having a top access bolt-on steel plate and seal, the T-Trap us easy to clean.
