It is a Solid State Electronic Device used in a parallel operation of two generators. It is available for both three phase and one phase system with inbuilt adjustable delay timer to avoid spurious trippings. An electromagnetic relay energies in case of Reverse Power but the trip indicator remains ON till resettled by the push button provided on the unit or by breaking the voltage supply for a second. In manual Reset model, both relay end the trip Indicator are resetted either by push button provided on the unit or by breaking the voltage supply for a second.

Technical Details

Voltage Supply :

  • For three phase system it sis 415VAC between R &Y phases (±25%)
  • For one phase system it is 240VAC (±25%)

Current Supply

  • 5 Amps (maximum) through current transformer or direct from the circuit as the case may be
  • For three phase system It is the current from the B Phase
  • For one phase system it is the current in line.

Trip Time
Trip Time is adjustable from 2 to 10 seconds with the help of a knob provided on top of the unit with call berated dial.

Reverse Power Sensitivity

It is approximately 0.25 A 0.25 Amps of C.T. secondary in the reverse direction. Getter or different sensitivity can be given on specific demand.

Power Factor

For three phase system the relay can operate on both leading and logging power without any difference. But for one phase system the relay is suitable one for lagging power factor and trips on leading power factor.


Two sets of change-over contacts (Potential Free) and suitable for & Amps resistive load at 240VAC/415VAC or 24VDC.


Both Auto and Manual reset models are available. Operation for both the models is explained in description given above.

This is a compact micro-electronic device based on latest technology used for under and over frequency protection. This has two continuously adjustable knobs over a calibrated dial for frequency and time delay settings. Three LED's are provided to indicate timer 'ON', voltage supply 'ON' and relay 'ON' status. The frequency of the voltage supply is sensed by electronic filters and if found above the set value, an electromagnetic relay is energised. Over frequency operation can also be used for over speed protection in diesel generating sets. Two potential-free change over contacts of the relay are provided for customer's usage.

The unit gets reset automatically, once the frequency of the voltage supply recovers, in case of auto-reset. In case of manual reset, the units is rest by disconnecting the voltage supply to the unit for a short duration.

This is a solid state device for automatic control of pump operations and level indications of diesel tanks. It operates with key of the float switch. As the level of diesel reaches the float switch it generates a signal which is processed by the electronic circuit which gives a visual LED indication and operates the electromagnetic relay as per assigned logic. Relay contacts are provided for customer usage for external connections.



This model is for one level sensing (ON above the level)

This model is for level sensing (Off above the level)


This model is for two level sensing, to empty the tank with relay ON at high of OFF below low.

This model is for two level sensing to fill a tank with relay on below low & OFF at high
