Our company's name is synonymous to quality. For more than 15 years, we have been supplying the products that adhere to the international quality standards. We constantly upgrade the products to meet the international quality trends. For maintaining the best quality in fabrics, we have tie-ups with Bhilwara Melba Dewitte (P) Ltd., the leader in world automotive fabric industry. We source Jacquard from them. Paras Fab International of Parasrampuria group for Toweling (a 100% EOU) supplies us the most contemporary designs in car upholstery fabric. Apart from these two, companies from Korea and Bolue of Belgium supplies us Suede Velvets and Carpets. |
Infrastructural Facility

Our infrastructure unit is set up in a wide area of 30,000 sq. ft. It has a various units like designing and manufacturing unit. They are equipped with latest machines, like cutting machines, sewing machines, finishing machines etc. In the process of designing our products, we pay extra attention to several aspects like designing, the material being used and finishing of the products. Some of the facilities available in our unit are:
• CAD/CAM System: Our manufacturing unit has advanced CAD/CAM Designing system sourced from Astor India Limited & IOLINE U.S.A. for designing covers, making patterns and assembling the design.
• Fabric Cutting System: For cutting of fabric we use machines made by Eastman of U.S.A. This is backed by patterns created by CAD/CAM system.
• Computerized Embroidery System: From Baruden Japan we have sourced in-house 12 head embroidery machine. |

• Sewing Operations: Apart from all these we have long arm machines,post bed machines, heavy duty sewing machines for thicker fabric, over edging machines from Pegasus, double stitching machines to provide ornamental stitch. The heavy duty sewing machine allows us to stitch seat covers without puckering and slipping. |
