About UsElematec Corporation was formed in October 2009 through the merger of Takachiho Electric Co., Ltd. and Ohnishi Denki Co., Ltd. The Elematec Group consists of Elematec Corporation and 19 other affiliated companies both within Japan and overseas. At present, the Group has 21 facilities in Japan and another 35 facilities in overseas from which we supply electronic parts and materials to manufacturers of electronics products throughout the world. We also create service networks for the distribution of products and the provision of information. In addition to increased demand for new products resulting from the advent of innovative new technology, the electronics industry is expected to continue to develop in a number of areas. As a result, the material acquisition needs of Japanese electronics manufacturers are becoming increasingly sophisticated in terms of cost, distribution, quality and environmental compliance, and there are calls for enhanced global supply capabilities. |
