Manufacturing ProcessThe extraction of herbs is a long process that involves cleaning of raw materials and cutting them in uniform sizes to maintain uniformity and ensure full extraction. The next stage is known as percolation, which is the process of extraction which is followed by a process, which requires the product to be centrifuged to get the desired product.
Pasteurization, concentration and drying and packing processes follow the suit after the product is centrifuged. The number of stages that the material goes through reduces the chances of contamination of products, placing incorrect labels on containers and also makes sure that the ingredients being put are in correct formulations. |
