Established in 2004, Elixir Technologies is a well established manufacturer, exporter and supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic equipments. Our mentor Mr.P Anil Kumar is Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has huge experience of about 20 years in hydraulic industry. Due to his extensive knowledge we offer cutting edge and quality proven equipments to our clientele. Our commitment to offer superior quality products has helped us to successfully meet the requirements of numerous projects. Moreover, in-depth knowledge of our team in engineering field helps us to develop customized components as per the specifications of our clients.

	Products Our premium range of hydraulic and pneumatic equipments meets the precise requirements of our clients. We offer our clients a wide range of engineered equipments such as pumping cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, power packs, hydraulic power packs. These products are manufactured by using finest quality alloy steel for rods and seamless tubes for tubes. 	Infrastructure Our manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 2000 sq.ft, which is equipped with hi-tech machinery and other infrastructural requisites. Our processing unit has an installed capacity is 100 units. By incorporating latest technological developments in our manufacturing processes we are producing 100 cylinders and 10 hydraulic systems in a month. Our manufacturing facility is backed by a well equipped in-house design unit and sophisticated technology to design and develop our range of products. We have CAD/CAM facilities for developing precision engineered equipments as per the requirements of our esteemed clients. We are supported by an in-house testing facility to check the performance of our products in diverse conditions and environment. Following are the machines we use in our production procedures:

They work constantly to produce quality hydraulic power packs and cylinders and have in-depth knowledge of various process involved. Our quality inspectors vigilantly inspect entire range of precision components and hydraulic systems. Right from the procurement of the raw material till the final packaging is done products are checked to deliver the best. Our range of hydraulic and pneumatic components is audited at par with the following parameters: Visual Appearance Measurement of Dimension Surface Finish Hardness We carry our number of quality tests so as to ensure that our equipments conform to ISO standards in all possible aspects.
